Hasselback Potato

Nengok dalam  gambo cam besar gedabak je potato ni, padahal rupa paras sebenar...alahai...cinonetnya.. kulit pun dah berkedut..hhehehehe... Sebenarnya kulit potato ni seharusnya halus mulus macam kulitku. Masa g Tesco hari tu,ingat nak rembat giant potato 2 3 bijik tapi bila tengok...mak aihhhh...giantnye mengalahkan giant dalam cite Doraemon. So, xjadila nak amek... amek yang size medium je.. bawak balik umah letak tepi tingkat pinggan,memang elok je terselit kat situ. Siap berbungkus dengan beg plastik sebab ingatkan nanti nak simpan. Tup tup masa adik ambe dok kumpul sampah sarap nak dibuang, terambiknya sekali potatoku...waaaaaaaaa......potatoku!!!!!! 
Oleh sebab nak buat sangat menda nih,terpaksala guna potato yang dah kecut mecut nih...xpelah,janji leh makan lagi. Resepi dah lama skodeng umah Kak Deliah, lawa je nengoknye...Kak Suzi pun ade buat benda ni and nampak Kak hazila pun ada buat..panjangkan kat sini ye 

Bahan-bahan:
  • 6 medium size potatoes
  • 2-3 cloves garlic - pound
  • 3 tbsb butter
  • a pinch of salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Cara-cara:

  1. Wash potatoes thoroughly. Trim one side of potato to a leveled surface (flat) for ease of cutting later.
  2. On a chopping board, with the trimmed flat side down, start from middle of the potato, cut almost all the way through, but being careful not to actually cut through. Well, the two forks in the picture, I've used those as stop-gap/leverage to maintain the consistencies and pattern of the slices.
  3. Arrange the processed potatoes in a greased baking tray and insert the pounded garlic in between the slits. Brush some butter on top of each potato, then sprinkle some salt and some freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Bake potatoes at 200C for about 40-50 minutes until the potatoes turn crispy and the inside is soft.
  5. You may serve this with sprinkles of cheese or sour cream.

bagi mie sedapla sebab ada rase butter, black pepper sume..xla tggi sgt kolestrol sbb bakarkan..menu sehat...hahhahah...mie mkn ngan mayonise+sos cili...ehhehehehhe.... tapi syokla mkn sbb rase potato tu dengan rase yg agak sebenar,hehehehhe....
