Sambal Ikan Bilis Kak Love

2 3 hari ni memang kejenye masukkan n3 draft  yang dah bersusun dalam dashboard tuh.. So, untuk sehari 2 ni layan jela ye menu yang dah lama dibikin ni. Dah masuk Indah Water pun..hhehehhe... sambal ikan bilis Kak Love ni memang sedap, kena ngan selera penghuni umah ni...tapi 2la, ambe still xpass lagik nak buat sambal bilis ni cam orang lain buat..tengok Kak Love ngan Kak Ayu buat...makk aiihhh...kecur liur... lenkali akan buat lagi smpai jadik cam Kak Love n Kak Ayu buat..

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup of cleaned anchovies
  • 10 pcs dried chillis * (soak in hot water first, drained)
  • 5 shallots *
  • 3 cloves of garlic *
  • 1 cm shrimp paste (belacan) *
  • 1 large onion ~ sliced into rings
  • 1 stalk of lemongrass ~ slightly crushed (optional)
  • 2 tbsp of tamarind juice (adjust to ur taste)
  • sufficient amount of water ~ (add more if u prefer the sambal abit watery)
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • Cooking oil
Cooking method :
  1. Blend smooth the ingredients marked *.
  2. Heat oil in a wok. Fry the anchovies till crispy. Leave it aside.
  3. Now stir-fry the blended ingredients together with lemongrass till fragrant. Make sure the oil floats...
  4. Add some water and stir awhile. Add onion rings, tamarind juice, salt n sugar. Stir and give it a boil.
  5. Finally, add the fried anchovies. Mix well and turn off the flame.
  6. Ur Sambal is ready to be served with Nasi Lemak/ plain rice/ bread!

Mimi...akak bawak muffin 3 bijik..tukar ngan sambal ikan bilis yer... nk makan ngan nasi..hehe

nmpk sedapnyer mimiey....mkn yg nasi panas, pas tu goreng telur mata kerbau..mau b'tambah2...k'ida suka!

Mimiey.. ni akak bawa nasi lemak kosong.. kita mkn ngan sambal ikan bilis tu.. nampak sedap n menyelerakan..
